Recently Colorado was consumed by fire. People lost their homes and a few lost their lives. The damage was terrible and left many open wounds, but sometimes it's okay to look at the beauty of things as well. Hopefully every one who lost something found hope in those around them.
Here is what I saw of the fire:
It looked like the end of the world driving through the smokey towns, like a fog where you never saw another living person. Like everyone had vanished. A hollow wind blew across the world, with only the sound of a single pair of shoes. Then I had a little bit of fun with editing.
I really love photography. I wonder if that is where I can make a future...
